The Mandela Day 2009 exhibit celebrated the life and legacy of Nelson Mandela and created an emotional response intended to inspire visitors to become active members of the global movement for positive change. Conceived as large-scale light boxes with call-to-action words on one side and detailed historic information on the other side, images, graphics, evocative stories and sound all provided different entry points into the material.
