"Universal Outpatient Department" is composed of sharing examination rooms, reception counter, digital signage and virtualization technology for electronic medical chart. We control the allocation of the rooms by observing current situation like the number of patients waiting at each section or the number of available doctors, "More patients, More rooms, Less waiting". When these facilities are concentrated in one place all together, patients don't have to wander around looking for their department. It also enable us to make effective use of limited resources such as staff, space and time.
