The ZIBA Design team videotaped, interviewed and even assumed the identity of FedEx customers and agents in its quest to turn the unremarkable and inefficient FedEx centers into three-dimensional representations of the FedEx brand. The redesigned centers tear down the barrier between agent and customer and use economical modular components to create an open, inviting and flexible environment that accommodates a wide variety of customer needs.
