The SCHUNK concentric clamping unit TANDEM PZS combines high clamping forces with long jaw strokes. The housing consists of highly wear-resistant material and has been designed to comply with low space requirements. Due to this innovative design, the clamping unit is resistant to chip contamination and is excellent when space constraints are of concern. The one-piece design, an angled geometry, and ground jaw guides enable high accuracy and stiffness. The polished surface of the TANDEM PZS reflects the high quality of the unit and additionally, the smooth surface is less susceptible to corrosion. The mounting screws are completely covered and the covers are adapted to the outer contour of the unit to prevent the accumulation of chips.
