The Siemens s-line functional cooking unit comprises a chimney and a hob: the 90 cm LC 58 950 stainless steel and frosted glass chimney is pedigree of the Siemens s-line design series. The front profile is repeated in the handle of the s-line oven, including the relief-like integrated brand logo. The chimney is fitted with dishwasher-cleanable, metal grease filters, and an electronic display. The ET 78 P 501 s-line stainless steel hob has an 80 cm wide ceran glass hot-plate section and a stainless-steel, facetted front edge for clear segregation between the control zone on the front edge and the cooking zone on the ceran glass hotplates. Piezo-technology allows for the hotplates to be operated by applying only light pressure – a world first. The hob is easily cleaned thanks to the absence of awkward recesses or gaps.
