Thanks to its exceptional performance, offering up to 3500 Watts of power, it is the electric equivalent to the gas wok. Traditional round-bottomed woks can be used with the aid of the wok attachment. The heat in the center of the wok is more concentrated, for careful stir frying. It can also be employed as a single-zone induction hob. The cooking zone recognizes the size of the pan, and this area alone is heated. Because a smaller area of the hob is heated, food spillages are prevented from burning onto the surface of the appliance, which makes an induction hob easier to clean than its gas or glass ceramic counterparts.
