In the development of the HAZET Torque Wrenches of the System 5000 CLT – CLT stands for Click-Lens-Type, resp. optical value readout in the display – great importance was attached to the combination of the excellent characteristics like precision, easy operation, ergonomic design and a release accuracy of ±4% with a further feature: the safe and accurate setting of the desired release value as well as an easy and exact reading of the torque value. For this, the HAZET engineers developed a triple-digit optomechanical value readout with large digits in the display. All wrenches of the series 5000 CLT dispose of a reversible ratchet with a square drive 12.5 = 1/2", are delivered with serial number and certificate and are available for the ranges 20 – 120 Nm, 40 – 200 Nm and 60 – 320 Nm.
