In the 80 cm PIE 875 T01 E induction hob the heat does not develop under the ceramic top but in the bottom of the pan. The hob recognises when a pan is positioned on the cooking zone and automatically adjusts the size to the diameter of the pan bottom. This eliminates any loss of superfluous energy and liquids that boil over cannot burn on the surface. The high-speed ceramic hob with front trim in stainless steel is operated using the TouchControl feature. Altogether there are four cooking zones with pan recognition feature, all of which are electronically controlled with 17 speed settings. A keep-warm zone, a timer with cut-out function for each cooking zone and a short-time alarm setting are also features that come with this ceramic hob.
