The Wardrobe Program 030 is based on the idea to arrange differently combinable elements to a useful wardrobe. Wall slabs with hooks, files or boxes were already used for the Wardrobe Program 610 designed by Dieter Rams in 1961. Thomas Merkel took up the idea and developed a versatile system which can be installed easily. It inserts itself into almost each surrounding field. The special feature of the Wardrobe Program 030 is the flat wall-orientated adjustment of the system. So even in narrow corridors it is possible to accommodate coats, jackets, hats, scarves, umbrellas, shoes, keys and much more besides meaningfully.
