The Gore AIRVANTAGE® adjustable insulation system is the first individually adaptable thermo-insulation system for outdoor and leisure activities. As a breathable and wind-proof form of heat insulation, it can be integrated as an insert in jackets and vests. There is no need for the inconvenient changing of clothing layers when the temperature or level of physical activity fluctuates. Weight is reduced. By means of the newly designed AIRVANTAGE® valve generation, air is blown into or let out of the insert's special air chambers. The desired degree of insulation can be individually regulated by the user. The new valve generation can also be comfortably operated with one hand and with gloves. The mouth piece is removable and protected from dirt and icing through a special external element.
