The design represents the clear and characteristic shapes of the brand AEG-Electrolux. The user interface is characterized by a touch display with text and symbols, as well as a logical menu navigation. The steam oven enables a careful preparation of the food through steam refining. Beside the three steam programs a further eight conventional heating programs are available. The technical features meet the highest professional expectations. Due to the special enamel, the appliance’s mainly seamless parts, and spacious glass and metal surfaces cleaning is facilitated. When using the appliance the surface of the door warms up to maximal 50°C only.
