The VITRO is a small and lightweight vital signs monitor that can work from mains and from the integrated rechargeable batteries. The device measures arterial oxygen saturation, the pulse rate and the blood pressure of a patient. These values are displayed on the integrated screen in large, conveniently readable numbers and curves. The housing is produced in highly polished ABS. This enables an easy cleaning and disinfection of the unit. The innovative connector of the blood pressure hose was built in cooperation with a manufacturer of electrical connectors. Using this new design eases connection and disconnection of the cuff.
