In the “Aracanda 30” backpack, VAUDE introduces Ultra Seam Tech, the innovative seam processing standard combining different thermal and molecular seam closure technologies to replace conventional needle and thread stitching. For the first time VAUDE has been able to apply ultrasonic technology to backpack production: materials are fused together using ultrasonic energy which generates vibrations that melt the materials seamlessly together. Cutting-edge ultrasonic technology allows three-dimensional processing making technically advanced backpack design possible. Ultra Seam Tech also sets new standards in terms of performance: seamless material transitions are 100 percent waterproof, exceptionally durable and very lightweight.
