The Natural Garden is at the centre of the concept for this Japanese restaurant. All the materials we have used reflect that theme: wood, slate, rocks, pebbles, sand, bamboo, water and dried tree branches. We have used key elements found in the traditional Japanese garden and incorporated them as more contemporary features throughout the restaurant. We have created windows, which actually look into a circulation corridor outside, but seem as though they have an outside garden view; These combine to provide secluded leisure, and sentimental pleasure to the restaurant patrons in addition to the creative yet authentic Japanese cuisine.
