The fabric Alberata is woven in jacquard technique. Matt cotton and shiny viscose yarns are combined on a polyester weft, creating a semi-transparent double weave. The pattern, a tree lined avenue, shows a Moiré-effect. Through the interplay of light the silhouettes of trees seem to form an abstract pattern, only to appear the next moment as separate trees again. Alberata conveys a feel of nature as well as modernity.
