Modular inrun track system for jumping hills with slipping nubs made of alumina ceramics (up to now, this material has been applied for wear protection in industrial plants and for ballistic protection, among others). These nubs will adopt properties similar to snow and are extremly silent and wear resistant. Owing to the selfpolishing behaviour of the ceramic material, its excellent sliding abilities remain unaltered during the whole service life, and the system can be used even without being watered. Due to optimal sliding properties, training under realistic conditions is possible, and competitions can be arranged throughout the whole year.
