Perspiration, which enables the body to regulate its temperature during physical activity, cools down very quickly and, on doing so, amplifies the freezing effect. Humidity is absorbed in the uncomfortable zones most prone to sweating and drawn away through channels (using body heat and the specific structure of the garment) towards surfaces where it is less unpleasant in contact with the skin and more easily evaporated. The channels have been placed according to hiking-specific body mapping and cleverly concealed so as not to disturb the general appearance of the product.
