The X-Finger is the first functional artificial finger for amputees. The devices move as quickly as real fingers. Additionally, each finger works independent of one another, allowing users to perform tasks requiring considerable dexterity; such as typing or playing a musical instrument. Individuals with limited use of their hands earn approximately half of what individuals with full use of their hands earn. Until now, finger amputees only option were cosmetic non-functional finger prostheses. The X-Finger will enable individuals from around the world to continue to support themselves and loved ones.
