SISCAN AC is an innovative, mobile, high-precision, next-generation calibration tool used to measure the accuracy of SMT machinery. Position and angle deviations are measured by a camera system. The inspection time was reduced by 90% compared to conventional systems while the measurement accuracy was improved. The new design integrates the corporate identity; simplified ergonomics make it very user-friendly. By separating the housing into two parts, the device can now be transported as airline luggage without exceeding the weight limit for individual pieces. Environmentally friendly materials and paints are used in the manufacturing process.
