The Electrolux Island Barbecue is an outdoor cooking and entertainment center. The open design allows the host to cook and socialize with his guests. The freestanding barbeque has a central stainless steel cooking area and adjacent space for food preparation made of teak. The grill comes with several different types of griddles and fry-tops to prepare a large variety of foods. A lid covers and protects the cooking zone and slides down at the rear when in use to provide a backsplash and wind barrier. The insulated cooling drawer can store food and drinks. It is close at hand, preventing unnecessary trips to the kitchen.
