Punch Graphix develops, manufactures and distributes mid and high-end prepress CtP (Computer-to-Plate) machines under the name basysPrint. The series includes six different modular machines of varying capacity and size. The emphasis during the design briefing was put on the request to base the design on that of Xeikon machines. As a result, Achilles maintained the modular concept both in appearance and function in the outer paneling of each plate setter. The top of each machine is divided according to the different units, so the modular aspect is immediately clear.
