Equipping tumble dryers from the new T9800 / T9820 series with Miele's honeycomb drum, specifically for the North American market, proved successful. The interior of the large-volume drum is fully visible, making the machine easy to load and unload. The door can easily be opened by first pressing the door-button and then gripping the door by the concealed recess, which runs around the entire door at the most convenient point. The sturdy fluff filter is very easy to remove and clean. Thanks to a centred, inclined fascia design and a combination of slope structure, plaintext and fabric-related programmes, the machine is easy to operate.
