PEGA develops and forecasts the popularity of Cellelose Acetate (CA) Sheet in future design trends. It is a light-weighted, glossy material that can be dyed with various colors. The special technique replaces the usual CNC machining, therefore creates 3D effects and special patterns; this cannot be done by normal surface treatment or In-Mold-Decoration (IMD). In addition with compound processes such as Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) and back lighting, the rich and colorful effects will be shown much obviously. This special process lowers the cost for mass production, and certainly, the components are environmentally-friendly.
