The Dräger Drugtest 5000 analyzer is the processing unit of the Dräger Drugtest 5000 test system. It processes and analyzes oral fluid samples collected with the Drugtest “Test-Kit” and displays the measurement results. Thus, various drugs of abuse, can be detected in a few minutes. Operation of the device is facilitated by visual instructions on the color display and the device’s evident design. Rubber boots protect the device during outdoor operation. A variety of interfaces allows the Drugtest analyzer to communicate with a number of other devices (printer, Dräger Alcotest, ...) turning it into a platform for point of care applications.
