Viking thermo trekking boot: in cooperation with Viking, a “rubber boot” has been developed for outdoor activities and occupational groups in alpine environments, made completely from polyurethane. The upper is softer and more flexible than the sole. The foam structure of the polyurethane gives the boot very good thermal insulation and remains flexible at temperatures down to -30 °C. The design has an attractive form, which departs from the look of traditional boots and is based on trekking products. The ankle area of the foot is specially protected by additional pads, which follow the natural position of the ankle.
