The “M8 Intensive Care” is a fully integrated intensive care bed, well suited for the modern intensive care environment. Research has shown that end users need safe, practical, innovative and intuitive solutions we term “Simple, Smart & Human”. The bed is fully electric, featuring a contouring deck to enable a full cardiac chair to be achieved while maximizing patient comfort. The bed features a fully radiolucent surface and a specific twin column asymmetric base to enable X-ray and image intensifier use while the patient remains in bed. The bed is constructed from steel, aluminum and a range of high performance recyclable plastic.
