Alloy of PLA (Polylactic Acid) and medical recycled PC (Polycarbonate) is an eco-friendly material. It has been successfully applied in large pieces of consumer electronics. The drawbacks of PLA, such as fragility and stickiness, have been overcome. Meanwhile, an autoclave and physical method is used to reuse the PC from medical plastic wastes, reducing raw material consumption and energy depletion during the manufacturing process of new materials. Our main concern is the preservation of the environment in the different production stages, from the use of green material, production process and the wastes management.
