GD900 is the world’s first slidable mobile phone to apply transparent touch keypad. By applying a transparent touch keypad and battery cover, it provides a mystic image as the background behind the phone is projected through when the slider is opened. This not only provides an esthetic characteristic but also provides functional convenience such as full touch keypad and gesture UI. This transparent region is composed through innovative design and structure. Tampered glass with special metallic material is used to increase the strength of the transparent material. It has a structure to protect the camera lens by hiding the eight megapixel AF camera with HD capability.
