LESS is a new category in surgery. Only one cut (belly button) is used for the whole procedure (usually three). The curves of the shaft are needed to have enough space for the handling and at the same time at the tips of the instrument. After the operation there are no embosses. The instrument is fully autoclavable. It can be used right and left and also by several hand sizes.
