Slide valves are mainly used in pneumatic systems for pressurising and exhausting system components. The new hand slide valve saves energy thanks to the non-overlapping design principle that prevents air to escape from the system during pressurising and exhausting. In addition, the easy-to-clean, sturdy metal housing makes it suitable for use both in the food industry as well as in harsh environments. The slide valve is manually operated and is ergonomically designed: the blue ring identifies the operating area and ensures fatigue-proof movement with positive locking.
