While featuring a simple structure comprised of three elements, the lens, grip, and LDC panel, the design proposes a styling optimized for high image quality shooting over long recording periods. In particular, the viewfinder and the high quality sound recording mike are now separated from the body for a natural shooting posture, and also double as a grip. This creates a presence never seen before.
