Italia is a frame-based laptop which breaks the boundaries of designing a laptop. The designer intentionally leaves the metal frame on the outside, which is usually hidden and covered with plastic, to provide both functionality and styling. This way, the structure is stronger and the whole product looks slimmer. To connect the monitor and the system, we use rubber pads to cover the wires, which allows clients to etch sophisticate symbols on top.
