A fully automated process line manufactures the individual frame parts and joins them together to form a flawless frame. Our radial braiding machine forms seamless tubes with a specific weight bearing Load Specific Weave. The tube joint areas or Shell Nodes are made of a carbon compound with exacting outer and inner shapes enabling very precise connection areas. In addition to the system integration typical for our brand, the impec construction method allows us to manufacture multiple sizes and rider fits. 100% Swiss made.
