PENTAGON is a fountain pen that represents characterful simplicity, born out of use. It is the first fountain pen designed by Industrial Facility and produced by Elephant & Coral. The characteristic form of the PENTAGON barrel that holds the ink reservoir is one that has an odd number of facets – representing a human form. It allows the pen to unscrew easily, and is slender enough to fit inside the cap. The result is a seamless and integral transformation from closed to open pen. The nib is designed by the artist Tham Pui San. PENTAGON’s simplicity and character is born out of use – how the pen is stored, held, and used.
