The physiological GANYMED® walking aids avoid the usual mountain of strength, which has to be overcome when walking: the bodyweight is strongly diverted onto the arm-brace, thereby relieving pressure from the hands and shoulders. The pre-positioned point touches the ground further forward, resulting in a stable quadruped gait. The bionic design and modular concept demonstrate how weight can be reduced and serve for exchangeable handles. New tips are regarding the oval tubing: you can obtain a harder or softer pressure point by simply turning it – in addition, three degrees of Shore hardness are offered.
