VEN SPRAY VARIO combines the flexibility of an industrial painting robot with the high painting performance of a large-area spray coating machine. The robot coats the edges precisely and the inner area itself is coated “inline” by the guns of the downstream linear axis at a constant throughput speed. The painting performance is a great deal higher and the cross-linking of the paint film from the area to the edge is far better than on conventional systems. A sophisticated, effective paint-recovery system and efficient ventilation technology reduce consumption of resources and energy. The detailed view shows how clean the new process is.
