The portable gas detector Polytector III is able to detect up to seven gases simultaneously and has an integrated electric sampling pump. The manufacturer-specific design puts robustness and easy use in the foreground. Functional elements are illustrated by the housing form. The pump is operated via a handy slide switch. The display was inclined to increase the surface and lights ‒ depending on the alarm state ‒ in the traffic signal colors green, yellow and red. A built-in radio can transmit live, measured data in a console application. The Polytector III is extremely light and three buttons easy to use.
