The three-part Spätzle-Blitz represents the easiest way to produce fresh Spätzle. Measuring ingredients, mixing pastry and extruding Spätzle ‒ all with one device: fast, easy to use and easy to clean. The new concept is characterized by five essential design elements: the hinged handle intuitively induces an ergonomically correct handling. The lid shape supports the excellent tactile feel and the recognition of the bayonet fixing. The ventilation in the cover ensures optimal treatment of the pastry. The raised labeling and recipe markings facilitate filling and grip. The detachable cover plate seals and ensures a good standing.
