New forms of work and technologies require an adequate handling concerning innovative light solutions. The light produced by the 42 dimmable LEDs, which are horizontally directed to the center, radiates into the Plexiglas screen LGP (Light Guiding Prism). It is being spread horizontally and vertically by this screen whereas the lower Plexiglas disc CPL (Circular Prismatic Layer) diffusely distributes the light downwards. The supporting diagonal arm has been reduced to a minimum and gives the impression as if the ring with a diameter of 550 mm was floating.
