The B-free range is designed for various situations acting like mini neighborhoods within the workplace where workers can concentrate, connect and collaborate. Our observations have shown that workers today spend more time in alternative spaces to focus and collaborate. They are free to choose where, how and when to work. We directed our development efforts to address four needs resulting from these observations: better comfort for longer duration use of soft seating elements, easy access to power and support for personal belongings, clearer space definition and intimacy, change of environment thanks to home like and casual atmospheres.
