The molded fiber package is designed for Lenovo’s next premium smart phone: Vibe X2 Pro. The whole box is made from sugar cane and bamboo fiber, which are rapidly renewable, recyclable resources. For optimizing space, the box is designed to be trapezoid with an oblique shape, which reduces the size of the package and increases MOQ by 33.3%. Also, the oblique shape provides display function and makes it possible for consumers to reuse the box as a phone stand. The space between top and bottom lids visually divides the package into three layers, which makes the unboxing intuitive and reflects the layer design language of the phone.
