“Fish Lotus Theme Restaurant” is a theme restaurant chain in a large commercial complex. It possesses both concise conformation and explicit planning. Design of the restaurant covers not only inner space but also brand mark, furniture, luminaires, accessories and tableware so as to create unique and unified experience. The brand mark derives from wooden fish, traditional element of Chinese culture. The materials used are both environmentally friendly and easy to assemble. It is a break through to just use three kinds of material in the project: concrete, bamboo and steel. All structures, furniture and luminaires are made from these materials, too.
