The new AEG MaxiSense® Combi induction cooktop, with full touch color display and enhanced user philiosophy, allows individual control and programming of up to 3 pots on the Auto-sensing FreeZone cooking area. Twenty small induction coils detect the size and location of the pots adjusting to provide even heat distribution and maximum control. The ProCook function creates a unique Frenchzone, a predefined temperature gradient: hot at the front, warm at the back. For convenient, precise heat control, simply slide your pan around to adjust the cooking temperature.
