This range is created to provide optimal heat retention to keep most foods hot (+60 °C) for 90 minutes. The double walled insulation of the cover, combined with the insulating air gap created between the serving bowls’ walls, keep the desired food temperature. A hook on the knob of the cover allows it to rest vertically on the rim of the outer bowl. Moisture on the cover can on this way drain back into the container. The spoon fits all servers and doesn’t slide into the food. To create space for the spoon, turn the cover 90° and align the knob to the non-handle side of the bowl. The outer bowls can be used separately to serve cold food and dishes.
