Multiple teams comprised of designers working "together, yet separately." The INTERACTION & EXPERIENCE that they produce are created in harmony, as if performing a well-composed symphony in a given environment. I wanted to create a work environment that organically combines space and conduct by integrating the systematic work process displayed by the team members. Considering the constitution of the company, the individual spaces are divided and positioned around the middle stairwell in a SKIP FLOOR formation. The stairs are not used for mere vertical movement, but they are is rather used as a hub for the team members to engage in proactive activities
