The world’s largest, 8 m high ultra-large pyramidal glass tower installed in the park looks like a common and simple structure; however, it is an interactive media sculpture with leading edge functionalities, communicating with park visitors. The proximity sensor built in the tower shows videos according to the sensed motions of people and thus the lifeless tower is designed as if it were a living thing capable of essential interaction with people. By using a lighting technique of implanting LEDs between two sheets of glass without visible wiring to enable 3D reconstruction, the 3D feel of light was maximized.
