Loading heavy materials or components on vehicles traditionally requires several pieces of equipment, e.g. a forklift and pallet truck. xetto® reduces this to one piece of equipment only, which can be operated by one person. Thanks to its sophisticated kinematics, it can move loads both vertically and horizontally and automatically load them on vehicles. Effortless lifting and lowering of loads is carried out scissor-wise, using a battery-powered micro-hydraulic system. A solid floor unit, which can be stored in the chassis for horizontal movements, keeps the xetto® safely in place. Lifting to a height of approx. 1 m takes only 16 s.
