Steam Fresh is a creative restaurant combining seafood and traditional Hubei steam cuisine. The design fits its daily operation. Moreover, the designer digs into the emotional needs of the public and mixes the psychological feelings into the space through the physical design. He applies minimalism and handles the project in the most natural way, in order to create a space where fast-paced urban people can take the time to appreciate the cuisine. Not like typical restaurant design, it is quiet, elegant and even intimate which conveys such a warm, familiar yet fresh atmosphere that brings back the memories of the family dinner when we were young.
