The 14Z970 is a 14.1-inch Ultrabook designed to weigh under one kg (980 g).Whereas the traditional notebook with a large screen is too heavy to carry around, the 14Z970 is lighter than a compact Ultrabook so that anyone can carry it easily. By placing a front webcam near the hinge, a narrow bezel is implemented to maximize the screen immersion feeling; a backlit keyboard is applied to make typing in the darkness easy. Moreover, when the 14Z970 is fully charged, it is possible to work all day (about 21 hours) without the need for an adaptor.
