The EB333 represents the Gaggenau design philosophy of Traditional-avantgarde, where craftsmanship meets innovative design. Its manifestation is a part of our history with a design unchanged for three decades. The challenge was to keep the initial character but also introduce a new level of technology and manufacturing. A distinctive characteristic of the 90 cm wide oven is the purist design of the door made of three mm thick stainless steel. The size is subtly accentuated by the visible edges of the ventilation strips. To distinguish the sculptural character, the user interface with its TFT touch display and black rotary knobs is almost hidden.
